Abstract

COVID-19 has come as a great surprise for the international community from medical and social perspectives. When there is a crisis, medical, social, and economic perspectives become equally important. From a medical point of view, medical practitioners try all over the world to find the solutions in terms of vaccination and therapeutic options. Till now, no trials have been well recognized. For the present, the current solution is from a social point of view, social distancing is the ideal solution. Social distancing involves two dimensions, social marketing and economic impacts. Social marketing implies giving a value for a behavior to achieve a certain goal. It has witnessed contradicted perspectives among different countries. Some countries have denied the importance of social distancing that would impact the economy. Other ideas were marketed as COVID-19 is being a biological war, which requires a political solution. In the US,  conspiracy theory was top taking by the president as being against his re-election. However, the conspiracy theory is accepted among public for other considerations such as COVID-19 is a biological weapon for dominance. While these ideas and probably others took the attention of people, the COVID-19 spreading continues to make people wake up. Every day, people are infected and died. This is the killing fact that reshapes our thinking, ideas, and strategies. In future, these perspectives are going to be shifted because the humanitarian conditions and life saving strategies will be the first priority. From medical point of view, we think that both vaccines and therapies against COVID-19 are going to be made. The big question is that are they be affordable for everyone. We should promote philosophical and ethical commitment of producing companies and countries to make these therapeutic hopes within the reasonable  prices
